General Service $110
Recommended 6 monthly service for a bike used a few times per week, or an annual service for a bike that gets ridden once a week.
Includes: tuning and adjustment of parts already on the bike, see checklist. Excludes: new parts, fitting customer supplied parts (customer supplied parts attract an additional $16.50 labour).

Major Service $160
Recommended 6 monthly service for a bike that’s used a few times a week, a performance bike that does a few rides through the week and long rides on weekends. If you’ve purchased a new or used bike and want to maximise its life but also and ensure it’s safe to ride.
Includes: tuning and adjustment of parts already on the bike, see checklist. Also includes labour for fitting parts. Excludes: new parts.

- Wheel true (off bike)
- Remove pedals and grease
- Shimano/Sram digital firmware upgrade (if applicable)
- Drive train removal, soak and scrub and re-install
- Bottom bracket service
Premium Service $230
Recommended as an annual service if your bike gets ridden every day. Or if your bike hasn’t been serviced for a couple of years and makes noises and constantly creaks. The Premium Service has every moving part covered.

Kids Service $80
Suitable for kids bikes with rear gearing and bikes without gears and a 20”-24” wheel.
* Our minimum labour charge is $99, this service will need to be paired with the service or repairs of another bike. See our Labour Charges section for details.

Repairs
We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts from Shimano, Sram and other major parts manufacturers. We supply chains, cassettes, brake pads, tyres, tubes, cables and various other consumables that are needed for repairs.

New Builds
If you have purchased a bike online and it’s in a box we can assemble it for you. We ensure that your bike build complies with any warranty obligations from the bike’s manufacturer.
To schedule a new build use our Book Now form and enter NEW BUILD in the comments section of the booking form.
Labour Charge
There is a minimum labour charge of $99.
If the bike being repaired doesn’t need a service simply choose a few items from the Repair Costs list where the total is $99 and over. For example: a front and rear gear service $60 + a bottom bracket service $40 = $100.
